Do we offer CUSTOM GRAPHICS capabilities? Yes. We work closely with your designers to insure the viability of your selected custom graphic. A one time set up and engineering fee of $1500 in addition to the cost of a working prototype. Depending on the complexity of your design a prototype may or may not be required. Each furniture shape that uses your custom graphic will be individually quoted. Custom graphics orders require a $10,000 min. batch order. ($1500 One time set up & engineering fee) + (Price of Prototype) + ($10,000 min. product order total req.) Do we offer CUSTOM COLORS? Yes. We use TIGER DRYLAC Powder Coatings Series 38 which is a highly weather and UV_Resistant powder coat for exterior and interior applications. To obtain a color chart please visit: www.tigerdrylac.com or call us to send one. A lot charge of $500 in addition to the cost of any custom color samples will be charged. Custom color lot charge fees will be waved for orders totaling over $10,000. ($500 Lot Charge) + (Price of Color Samples) + (no min. required.) Do we offer any OTHER POWDER COATINGS other that TIGER DRYLAC? Yes. We can use any powder coat that you specify from any manufacture as long as we can get the product to our fabrication facility. In this case our product warranty would no longer be valid. Please check with your selected manufacture for recommended uses for the particular powder coat product. Do we offer a way to SECURE Botanist for PUBLIC SPACES?Yes. We offer LOCK DOWN SECURITY feet that are made from milled aluminum. They can be secured to concrete, wood or any other flooring substrate. How much WEIGHT can the products hold? This is still in the testing stage, we do not recommend more than the following: End Table = No more than 200 lbs. Cocktail Table = No more than 550 lbs. Bench = No more than 550 lbs. How does the WATER-JET process work? Check out this site on: wikipedia.org What TYPE OF ALUMINUM are we using? We use a rust resistant mill finish 5052 type aluminum. What are OTHER USES for Botanist? Botanist is as versatile as your imagination. We’ve had requests for nurseries, schools, libraries, spas, pools, flower shops, events, yachts, baby rooms, mud rooms, airports, lobbies, entertainment centers, retail stores, and much more. Send us your ideas! What about RUST, WATER and UV? Botanist is made out of aluminum and will never rust. The Flow and Flora Series can be endure exposure to moisture and direct UV.
